We provide "traffic control plans" & combine with "traffic control" company services when requested in advance.

1. REGULAR turn around are placed in the order received and may take a couple weeks.
2. VIP/RUSH orders are typically 7 working days or less but may vary depending on the volume of plans you are submitting: Call for turn-around time)

*Once agreed to a VIP/RUSH TRAFFIC CONTROL PLANS order- the payment arrangement can not be changed to a "regular turn around" payment arrangement.

• REGULAR TURN AROUND COULD BE PLACED IN RUSH TURN AROUND AT NO EXTRA COST: Depending on the work flow & combination of many other factors- we may turn your plans around quicker than expected and usually without an added charge.

We provide many options of payment for traffic control plans and make acceptions on a case by case basis when presented in advance. We will make appropriate changes (at no extra cost to you) and resubmit to your office or direct to plan review in a timely manner for final approval.

* Typically, we will deal directly with transportation engineer review department and resubmit traffic control plan corrections (If any) within 24-36 hr.

We recommend the following if you handle the correspondence:

Provide all changes to be made together in one phase including all plan check notes relating to traffic control plans.

Returning any plans to be corrected:

1. Will be your responsibility to return plan(s) by scan & e-mail, shrink & fax, or mail to our address. The prints need to be legible when we receive them in-order to make any appropriate corrections.
2. After all corrections are made- we will then e-mail send the plans back to your office or by chosen delivery method.

*No peace mail submittals. E-mailing is always our quickest method when possible.

1. Traffic control plans are preferably delivered by PDF extension that can be viewed and printed through acrobat document reader.
2. UPS or Fed-X delivery, tracking number will be provided, and sign off is required (NO P.O. Box delivery only to an existing address) Additionally, expect possible third party delays.

2. We will review and respond back through e-mail or contact you or both same day.

1. Fill-out our new credit vendor form, date, sign, and fax it to the number provided on the form.
2. We will need a couple days to review and process into our system.

* Note: Your order will not be scheduled until the new vendor form has been accepted or payment paypal in advance.

If you prefer to do business cash payment such as paypal, cashiers check, or credit card the following will apply; Upon acceptance of project cost with our office- you will be required to pay either 35-50-100% in-order to schedule and commence on the plans. Additionally, you will be required to make payment for the full 100% balance due upon preliminary city plan approval and before we ship the original hard copies to you or upon our discretion within 15 days of delivery (Unless agreed to other terms in advance)

1. Download fill-out our Quote/Schedule form provided online & fax-it in or use our online contact form and we will get started on your plans quickly or call Us toll free at 866-776-9569.
2. Include all street intersections with plan size & type of plan(s) required for each intersection.
3. Include your work area and or path by faxing each intersection to number provided (Sketched is O.K.) with cover sheet including project name. Recommend to include a printed satellite of intersection and your drawing of work area on top, then faxing or e-mailing pdf.
4. Additionally, please make payment on time and as a convenience we provide online payment for same day processing at no extra cost to you (paypal or most credit cards accepted)
5. BY PASS Step 2-4 and send plans by PDF (Acrobat Reader) briefly describe location of work zone that requires Traffic Control Plans- We take it from there!
